Tofu Almond Pudding with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

1 packet Nutrisoy Silken Tofu or TLY Silken Tofu (300g)

350ml almond milk

6 tbsp honey

2 tbsp agar-agar powder

¾ cup boiling water
CARAMEL SAUCE

1 cup brown sugar
-
½ cup light thicken cream
-
1 tsp butter
-
½ tsp vanilla essence
Method

Put the tofu, almond milk and honey in a blender. Blend them until all ingredients mixed and smooth. Put in a mixing bowl.

Mix the agar-agar powder into the boiling water. Stir until it dissolve.

Mix the liquid agar-agar into the tofu bowl. Whisk gently.

Pour all the ingredients into four 150ml ramekins using a strainer to avoid any lumps from the tofu.

Leave in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
CARAMEL SAUCE

Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat.

Pour brown sugar, stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add the cream. Stir until well combined and the sauce thickened.

Add the vanilla essence.
